If you have an emergency when our office is closed, please call 919-878-8787 and choose option 3 for our On Call Answering Service.  Please make sure you leave your name, community name, address, phone number, and email with the answering service.  If your call is deemed an emergency, your information will be provided to the On Call Manager to handle the issue for you.  If your call is not an emergency, the information will be provided to your Management Team to handle during normal business hours.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I obtain my mailbox key?
A: If one was not given to you at closing, you will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain a key. You may visit their website to find the address of the local office.
 
Q:How do I report a street light out?
A: You can contact Duke Energy to report the light out by visiting their website. You can even sign up to be notified when the light has been fixed. It is always helpful to have the pole number when reporting.
 
Q: Which parking space is mine?
A: Each homeowner has 2 assigned spaces. Your space number will correspond with your lot #. This number can be found on your closing paperwork or by visiting City of Raleigh Maps. Just search for your address, click on the unit and an information box will come up giving you the lot number.
 
Q: How do I obtain information on HOA Insurance Coverage?
A: You will need to contact the Insurance Agent Directly to request a Certificate of Insurance. J. Carter Glass - Nationwide - 919-781-1973. The HOA only covers the common areas. Each homeowner is responsible for having their own homeowners insurance. The HOA does NOT cover exterior maintenance or repair.
 
Q: When is the Annual Homeowner's meeting?
A: The Annual Homeowner's meeting is scheduled in November, each year, on a date selected by the Board.
 
Q: Can I attend a Board Meeting?
A: HOA Board meetings are scheduled quarterly and the dates are on the community calendar. If you would like to attend a Board Meeting, please contact Towne Properties so that you can be added to the agenda.
 
Q: Who do I call in an emergency?
A: If you experience an emergency, you should first call 911 or the local authorities (police, ambulance, etc.) If the emergency is related to a community issue, please call the number listed on the homepage. If this is an after hours emergency, please call 919-878-8787 and press 3 to be connected to the on call associate.
